Our Free Fitness Coaching Consultation is a two-step process designed to give you clarity and direction on your fitness journey. First, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire covering your goals (fat loss, muscle gain, strength, etc.), current training routine, nutrition habits, schedule, past challenges, and any injuries so we can fully understand where you are starting from. Then, we’ll schedule a private 1-on-1 call to review your answers, break down your goals, identify what may be holding you back, discuss realistic timelines, and determine which coaching plan best fits your needs. This consultation is completely free and focused on providing you with a personalized strategy and clear next steps to help you achieve real, sustainable results.
